Ever since 2003, when we were first introduced to the health & wellness industry, a month hasn’t went by without our taking some sort of supplement. One of the blessings that we have had in our entire family is good health. As we have battled several other challenges on our journey, health has simply not been one of them.
If you were to ask me why our health has been so good, I would tell you it is because of the nutritional products we consume every single month. With that being said, it wasn’t until 2007 we first started hearing about cleansing. So, being the health nuts that we are, we decided to give it a try.
The very first cleanse that we happened to try, and might I add the only cleanse we have ever tried, was Isagenix. I cannot possibly explain how you feel after completing a Deep Cleanse, 48 hr. cleanse, other than say we felt clean on the inside. It was an extremely refreshing feeling. Not only that,but when we went back to eating regular foods that we were accustomed to, you could feel them running through your body. It was very strange. You can literally feel when your body is, for the lack of a better explanation, dirty inside and needs to be cleansed.
What makes Isagenix so amazing, in our own personal experience, is just as Dr. Colgan explained it. We first cleanse out the bad stuff, then we add in nutritiously enriched products and our bodies are able to perform at levels you never thought possible.

Losing weight is never easy. It requires time, effort, commitment & discipline. Though some people naturally excel in these areas more than others, adding an incentive to the equation can sometimes level the playing field.
